110-Gallon Chip Vac

Nov. 11, 2012
Transports easily from drum to drum Compressed air-powered

EXAIR’s new 110-gallon Chip Vac System is described as a fast and easy way to clean chips or other dry materials from fixtures, floors and work surfaces of machining centers, lathes, saws, mills, and other industrial equipment. It can be moved easily from drum to drum to keep different materials separate for recycling. Dusty materials — such as absorbents — are trapped by the 0.1-micron filter bag to keep the surrounding area clean.

The Chip Vacis compressed air-powered and attaches to the included drum. It is extremely quiet at 77 dBA, making it suitable for a wide variety of applications. There are no motors or impellers to clog or wear out. It is covered by a five year warranty.

The Model 6393-110 Premium Chip Vac System includes the Chip Vac, lever-lock drum lid, shutoff valve, filter bag, 110-gallon drum, drum dolly, static resistant hose, heavy-duty aluminum tools, 20-ft (6.1-m) air hose, tool holder and quick connects fittings. A 55, 30 and 5 gallon model are also available. A demonstration video can be viewed at www.exair.com/pr/cvvideo.htm.
